SKILLS FOR EMPLOYMENT
The Employment Fund was created by DFID to improve the access of disadvantaged young people, in particular young women, to skills. The aim is to mobilise and support non-state training providers to provide training and additional services towards employment and self-employment. The focus is on demand driven training in Mozambique’s job-rich growth sectors.
TRAINING FOR RESILIENCE
T4R is a DFID fund to help non-state training providers deliver training which improves disadvantaged young people’s resilience to withstand the challenges of the current difficult economic situation in Mozambique. It is intended to improve their access to market relevant, quality skills.
