The International Youth Foundation (IYF), an independent not-for-profit charitable organization, will sign a Memorandum of Understanding with two other youth focussed programmes, JOBA and MUVA, on 15th November 2015.
IYF aims to promote effective and sustainable programmes that work in close cooperation with local communities, non-state vocational training providers, and government TVET systems to help prepare youth to be healthy, productive, and engaged citizens.
Though the three programmes are taking different approaches, several areas that would generate synergies were identified. All 3 programmes are committed to collaborate for the sake of the youth of Mozambique, with special focus on young women.
The MoU will be signed during a Learning Event hosted by IYF.
