Given the fact that the training centre was inaugurated in October 2016 by his Excellency the President of Mozambique and that T4R was the first training taking place, it is important to show that the Centre is being correctly used for the improvement of work skills in Cabo Delgado.

CA managed to graduate 108 students who finished the course and graduated on 18 May 2017. They pro-actively adopted strategies to minimise drop-out, with the zero rate ultimately achieved representing impressive efficiency.
Capital Africa recruited 35 women, not only for programmes usually reserved for men, but also given the traditional norms in the area. All the women graduated.
Capital Africa was also successful in forging partnerships with local government institutions, which assisted them in identifying and recruiting vulnerable youth, launching the outreach campaigns as well as creating interest and visibility for the project. Involving the communities and leaders resulted in buy-in, which avoided unnecessary delays.
